Here you will find a template for non-disclosure agreement in English, based on Swedish law. This is an annex that you should use together with the employment contract. By signing a confidentiality agreement, the employee undertakes not to disclose confidential information to an outside party. Confidential information includes, among other things, any technical or commercial information or other information that due to its nature can be assumed to be confidential.
