Here you will find a template for contract of employment in English, based on Swedish law. An employment contract does not have to be in writing, but since you as an employer according to LAS are obliged to inform the employee in writing no later than one month after an employee has started their employment, it is most practical to provide this information in a written employment contract in connection with the employment starting.
