APPENDIX TO THE CEO CONTRACT Here you will find a template for an appendix to the CEO contract in English, based on Swedish law. Since a CEO is not covered by labor law and collective agreements, the CEO agreement needs to be supplemented with the conditions relating to the CEO's employment.
