Here you will find a template for pensioner employment in English, based on Swedish law. The special form of fixed-term employment of older workers, so-called retirement employment, has been removed from the Employment Protection Act (LAS). Persons who have reached the age of 68 may instead be employed in accordance with the rules on general fixed-term employment. There are special rules for workers over the age of 68. These are described in the employer instructions that come with this agreement.
